Investigative Data Service
If you have encountered a problem with accidental or intentional data deletion, our investigative data service will ensure your data is returned, safe and sound. As part of this service, we provide you with a complete listing of data that was on the storage media before and after the restoration process. We then make the original or restored data available to you in backup or image format, in both before and after stages.

Lost Password Recovery Service
We also offer password-protected file recovery in cases where the original password has been lost or forgotten. Some of the file types we have experience with include Quickbooks and Quicken, MS Office files, including Word, Access, Outlook, Exchange and Excel, Zip, FileMaker, Corel Wordperfect, Paradox, ACT!, and Lotus Organizer, 1-2-3 and Wordpro. As of July 2002, this service is unfortunately only available for these files on the DOS and Windows platforms. If you're asking "who can recover my files?" Hard Drive Recovery Group is always the answer.

Clean-bench Service
Clean-bench Service requires us to work in a specialized environment, using tools, materials and specialized skills to extract data from media and devices which have experienced mechanical failure. This service is not required in all cases. Your technician will inform you if it is required. Of course, we will inform you of all pricing up front, before we get to work.

Expedite Service

Our base expedite program runs between one and three working days (this may be extended for laptop hard drive recovery or specialized HDD repair services). If requested, we can provide 24 hour service, which includes holidays and weekends. If we receive your drive before 12 noon and you are participating in one of our expedite programs, you will receive a call from our technician that same day. This call is intended to give you a complete heads-up on the progress or prospects of your data recovery.

One thing to note: expedited services can cost more than regular services, especially for weekend and holiday recoveries. However, we do give you pricing before we begin to ensure you know what you will be paying for this specialized service.
