Our Facilities

On September 1, 1997, Hard Drive Recovery Group opened a new and improved facility in response to increased interest in our Data Recovery services. This facility features a larger Class 1000 Clean room than our original facility, and much larger evaluation and computer forensic labs, respectively.

Hard Drive Recovery Group's Clean Room has been inspected and approved by all the major hard drive manufacturers in the US and Japan. This is necessary, as working with internal hard drive parts absolutely requires such a clean room, as these electronics are particularly sensitive to dust and debris.

When you choose us to recover your hard drive data, we keep you well informed of what tools and work will be needed when recovering your data. And because we provide flat rate pricing and upfront quotes, you can be ensured of no hidden costs. The price we quote you at the outset is what you will be charged, unless we discover your drive or data is better recovered through other means, whereby we will charge you less than the original quote.

Expedited Service
Because accessing your data immediately can often mean a great difference to your business, we offer a Special Expedited Service program. This service takes priority over our regular data and hard drive recovery services, and recovers and delivers your data and drive within 1-3 days. This specialized program is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Example Times
If we receive your drive before 12PM, and you are participating in our expedite program, you will receive a call that same business day informing you on the progress and/or prospects of your data recovery. And although our Expedite service is more expensive than our regular data recovery service, we do quote all costs up front. Rest assured, if you've got a deadline you need to meet, Expedite Service may be for you.
